Have you ever driven past the Brownstone Pancake Factory on River Rd. in Edgewater, NJ? Then surely you’ve noticed some of our work there. This famous eatery is the brainchild of Bobby Bournias who decided to expand from the original location in Jersey City. We designed their logos and identity system which is used on various applications throughout the restaurant. Bobby recently asked if we could create a video of all the coverage the Brownstone has received over the years.
Bobby’s passion for food is no secret and he has even gained some celebrity status with locals and world traveling foodies alike. His famous pancakes and milkshakes have been featured on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri, Cake Boss, Thrillist.com, Delish.com, and Business Insider just to name a few.

GLA Creative developed a video for distribution via social media. The goal was to tell a short story about the Brownstone Pancake Factory highlighting Bobby’s passion for the restaurant business. We used existing footage and created a custom logo animation as well. The video showcases popular items on the Brownstone’s menu, features some all-star cameos, and of course Bobby himself.
